Az Quality Caregivers are companions, we provide medication reminders, run errands, light housekeeping and healthy meal preparation. We also provide exercise guidance and passive range of motion.
Az Quality Caregivers supports and manages issues that may arise during the day and assists in taking care of basic needs. We provide fall prevention education. In providing respite care we provide short-term care and supervision consistent with the health needs of our Members, supplementing care to provide a safe living environment and/or to support or relieve caregivers for the benefit of our members. We offer 24 -hour care for Dementia.
Az Quality Caregivers is a Member directed options company, contracted with the Division of Developmental Disabilities, and we LOVE Arizona and its residents. We are an Agency with Choice and a Self Directed Attendant Care company. We are devoted to the support of Member independence and self directed choice. We maximize the functioning of persons with developmental disabilities. We care for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, cognitive/intellectual disabilities & down syndrome.
Under Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (respectively “Title VI” and “Title VII”) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Az Quality Caregivers prohibits discrimination in admissions, programs, services, activities or employment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, and disability. Az Quality Caregivers must make a reasonable accommodation to allow a person with a disability to take part in a program, service, or activity. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.
